Our lead investigator at OCIAS is also a Paralegal with 30 years of experience in the legal field and court system. If you are unable to afford an attorney for the initial beginning of your case and need assistance getting started, let us help you get the paperwork started and filed for the following procedures:

WE ARE NOT ATTORNEYS and cannot give legal advice or make legal recommendations.  We are an Oregon based company that furnishes typing services. We can transcribe the client's data into legal documents to be filed with the Court.  We can only assist you with the appropriate legal documents you bring forth and/or suggest online court forms needed for your particular situation. We work closely with several law firms experienced in many areas of the law and can recommend one for you if you are in need of excellent representation by one of the attorneys.


Process Service 

Process serving for summons, subpoenas, restraining orders, and most other legal documents you need delivered within the Portland-Metro and Central Oregon Coast areas.


Fees & Payments


After determining the type of service and estimated time allotment needed for your specific needs, our fees will be discussed with you.
